As a manager you will manage the overall team and provide leadership coaching development and direction to all team members. You will be responsible to ensure financial success and provide exceptional customer service overall to both team members and clients.
Duties
Effectively manage spa associates estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun fast paced environment
Team Building including interviewing hiring training and scheduling
Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients
Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members guests and employees
Meet monthly quarterly and annual membership product and gift card goals
Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days opening and closing required)
Expect to work 4550 hours a week
Requirements
A strong attention to detail
A commitment to excellence
At least five years experience managing large teams
A passion for people and sales
High level of enthusiasm
Strong organizational / planning and computer skills
Some Retail or sales experience with membership based sales model is a huge plus
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll scheduling inventory and reporting
Ability to work flexible schedule including days / evenings / weekends / holidays
Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality spa retail or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility
