Job Summary :
1. Position based in Malvern, PA with a hybrid working model, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week.
2. Six months job duration with possible extensions.

4. Open to US citizen, Green Card holder, and GC / H4-EAD visa holders.
5. Requires deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts, particularly General Artificial Intelligence (LLMs).
6. Expected to have a comprehensive understanding of Gen AI risks and should be familiar with AI governance standards and AI ethics principles such as bias, fairness, transparency, and responsible AI usage.
7. Should be an expert in control frameworks like NIST.
8. Expected to perform audit and compliance testing to ensure AI tools comply with organizational controls policies including access controls, data handling, and model explainability.
9. Role involves data analysis to ensure AI tools perform as expected and to identify potential risks and control gaps.
10. Must possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills for issues identification and root cause analysis.
