- Job Title: Billing and Credentialing Specialist
- Location: Roanoke, Virginia (Onsite)

- Role: Manage insurance billing, provider credentialing, and revenue cycle operations in a healthcare setting
- Key Responsibilities: Include billing and claims management, claims follow-up, appeals, credentialing, insurance verification, compliance with regulations, payment reconciliation, and collaboration with internal teams
- Additional Duties: Cover for front desk in case of absence
- Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in medical billing and credentialing, preferably in a behavioral health setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems, knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10, insurance billing regulations, and Medicaid credentialing processes
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of HIPAA regulations and payer policies
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail
