Job Title: Technical Business Analyst with Backend and Data
Employment Type: W2 with benefits, no C2C
Location: Supports Denver, CO hours
Role: Analyst for backend/data, write EPICs and user stories
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of record keeping, payroll, money in, 401k reporting and other financial regulatory experiences. Strong financial background in portfolio business, record keeping, financial services.
Soft Skills: Self-starter, excellent communication and organization skills, ability to ask probing questions until details are understood, ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Team: Will be one of three new analysts on the team
Project: Working on client's latest acquisition, OptionTrax, a new business area for the client.
Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in finance space/industry (Retirement/investment preferred), Agile, Epics, Stories, Visio.
Responsibilities: Record keeping, financial services, BAU, work and report into the business, create wireframes/strawman for UI/UX Team, backend record keeping, payroll, money in, billing aspect, define requirements, collaborate with Arch and systems teams to finalize user stories.
Training: Client will provide a robust training plan
Review: Peer reviews of deliverables
Personality Traits: High energy, driven, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
