- Hybrid work setup, requiring presence at office twice a week in Newark, NJ
- Open to US Citizens and Green Card holders only
- Recruitment process involves only two interviews which may be in-person or at the client office
- Candidate must have 8-10 years of professional experience with specific skills
- Proficiency with Power BI Development is required
- Experience with Power Automate is necessary
- Python skills, particularly with power platform API, statistical analysis, and data science, are required
- Candidate should have excellent SQL skills
- Experience in Tableau Development and Tableau Administration is needed
- Should have experience with PowerBI dashboard development and PowerBI service
- Knowledge of Python for data frames and BI tooling API solutions is a plus
- Experience with Power Automate and PowerApps is required, preferably with evidence of complex flow creation
- Experience with Tableau Development tools like Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server is needed
- Candidate should have great communication skills
- Preference will be given to ex-employees or contractors of Prudential.
