  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document system requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend AWS-based solutions.
  • Define requirements for AWS-based applications.
  • Support design and implementation of system workflows and automation.
  • Work with DevOps and engineering teams for solution alignment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Create process flow diagrams and system architecture diagrams.
  • Document AWS infrastructure configurations and policies.
  • Produce user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and organize documentation repositories.
  • Maintain version control for documentation.
  • Required Qualifications :
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Writer, or similar role in an AWS environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS services.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in documentation and process modeling tools.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • AWS certification.
  • Experience with automation tools.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance documentation.
