Working as a Controls Project Manager for a company specializing in temperature control energy management and building automation systems
Job location is in Cincinnati requiring work in both office and field environments
Splitting time between Project Management and Estimator roles
Responsible for full project management duties including DDC engineering CAD creation and submittals
Assisting with field installation startup and project management as needed
Primarily involved in sales and estimating tasks
Must have experience in project management and estimation within the control systems / Building Automation Systems industry
Required to have proficiency in control systems design implementation and troubleshooting
Must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and cost estimation / financial analysis skills
Preference for candidates with PMP or similar project management certification
Compensation includes base salary bonus and benefits.
