Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of an AI-enabled contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
- Ensure the seamless operation of the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust data pipelines
- Optimize database systems
- Oversee AI model deployment in UAT and production environments
- 4-5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
- Expertise in designing and implementing ETL pipelines and data integration processes
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with machine learning models, especially NLP models
- Experience deploying AI in production environments
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
- Understanding of LLM AI Prompts and AI limitations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of data governance and master data management best practices
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Dynamics or Salesforce
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI / ML development
- Experience with Pramata or similar CLM tools.
