What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead SAP Cutover Manager position at Purple Fly Solutions?

Job Title: Lead SAP Cutover Manager
Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
Travel two to three weeks per month is mandatory, primarily to Omaha, NE/Kansas City
Excellent communication skills required
Must be a team player with a pleasant attitude
Must be willing to provide two professional references
Responsible for managing and executing cutover activities for SAP implementation projects
Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
Experience in Release, Cut-over, regression, and performance of enterprise applications required
Must be able to work in fast-paced team environment
Responsible for all aspects of cutover strategy and planning
Coordinate with project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover, and legacy business process transition
Develop detailed cut-over checklist and project plan
Maintain Cut-over Project Plan encompassing activities, timelines, resources, and dependencies
Manage the cut-over and conversion deliverables to the new system
Track cutover activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
Plan the physical resources required for cut-over activities
Provide cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders
Document the cut-over plan for each application
Coordinate all release planning activities with workstream/ sub-workstream leads
Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP project management required
Proven track record in managing SAP cutover activities for large-scale implementations
Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points
Excellent project management and organizational skills required
Strong leadership abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
SAP Certifications is a must.
