Job Title : Marketing Assistant
Location : Hackensack, New Jersey Office (Onsite)
Reports to : Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer
Main Duties : Provide general support for marketing projects, administer assistance to the marketing team, manage marketing files, documents, and records, maintain marketing databases, support the planning and execution of firm events, coordinate event logistics, research and track charitable requests, serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, assist in digital marketing efforts, monitor and track digital marketing campaigns performance, conduct industry research, compile findings into reports, post blog entries, handle general inventory ordering / tracking, carry out general administrative duties, assist with special projects.
Qualifications : College Degree, preferably a major / minor in marketing, communications, English, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in all social media outlets, ability to work independently and as a team, ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively, high attention to detail, comfortability with completing projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, intelligence, strong work ethic, high level of professionalism, experience at a professional services firm is a plus.
