- Key Requirements: Retail domain and Supply chain experience
- Key Responsibilities: Leading retail projects, optimizing supply chain processes, improving product management systems, enhancing customer experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, MIS/CIS or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management within the retail industry, extensive experience as a Project Manager, specifically in application development projects
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, merchandising practices, and product-facing systems (not in eCommerce)
- Certifications: PMP certification is preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
