- Project Overview : The position is for an ETRM Sr. APM (Sustain Service Manager)
- Industry Experience : The candidate should have experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Key Skills :
- Ability to schedule non-critical tickets and react to issues
- Knowledge of Openlink Endur is required
- The candidate should know how to run a support process
- The position requires a lead / service manager to run the program
- The candidate should understand the product and manage the program
- Note : The team members should understand that this is a production support role and might require working outside regular hours to handle critical production issues and provide on-call support during coverage, backfills, and holiday periods where client holidays do not match PS holidays.
