The job is for a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with minimum 5 years experience.

Responsibilities also include preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings.
Other tasks include distribution of estate assets trust funding and deed work.
Superior communication and mathematical skills are necessary.
Familiarity with estate tax software (ONESOURCE / Fast Tax) HotDocs and Microsoft Word is beneficial.
Candidates should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Team player with excellent written and verbal skills is needed.
College degree and / or paralegal certificate is preferred.
JD / paralegal candidates will also be considered.
