- Job Position : Vulnerability Remediation Engineer.
- Job Location : Remote.
- Visa Requirement : Only US Citizens or Green Card holders are eligible.
- Part of a team of 3-4 people working on vulnerability assessment and remediation.
- Role involves addressing a backlog of identified vulnerability issues.
- Requires strong infrastructure experience to understand and fix vulnerabilities and predict downstream changes.
- Candidates must have experience with Servers and Work Stations, Active Directory, and Systems Configuration.
- Ideal candidates will come from a Systems Engineer / Systems Administration background with a focus on Security and Patching.
- The role involves working closely with Information Assurance, Technical Operations, and Infrastructure teams.
- Requires the ability to work independently and possess strong communication skills.
- Experience in project work and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders is preferred.
- The current Vulnerability Platform is Tenable, but they are moving to Tenable Cloud (Tenable 1 VM).
- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) is highly preferred.
- Even if the candidate only has experience with ServiceNow or with other similar tools, they can still be considered if they can quickly adapt to the company's tools.
- The company is willing to provide some training, but is not willing to switch to a different tool.
