What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Admin Assistant position at Purple Heart Foundation?
Perform various administrative duties including by not limited to:
· Answering the phone, emails, and returning calls – strong customer focus
· Preparing reports, letters and forms according to verbal or written instructions
· Filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
· Data entry
· Word, Excel, and Adobe
· Daily mail pickup from the local Post Office – vehicle necessary
· Package preparation and shipping site drop off
· Participation in special events
· 2-3 years of administrative assistance experience preferred
· Time management skills necessary and ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.64 - $21.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
