Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Personal Care Attendant team in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff in areas such as nurse management and patient handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with DRG guidelines.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Previous experience in nurse management or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Experience in a medical office or home care setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lift patients safely are essential for this role.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices related to patient care management is required.
