Job Description
As a Title Landman, your primary responsibility will be performing title research and analysis to confirm ownership interests and ensure the accuracy of property records. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to resolve title issues and maintain the quality of all title deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in title research, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

\n- Perform detailed research on deeds, leases, leasehold assignments, mortgages, easements, and other title-related documents.
- Compile and verify chains of title to produce accurate ownership reports.
- Identify and resolve title issues, including defects, gaps, and ambiguities in property records.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of all research and communications within internal systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Title Landman, preferably in North Dakota or similar regions.
- Strong understanding of title due diligence processes and local/state regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex title issues and provide solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
