This opportunity is structured similarly to a franchise in that we are expanding multiple locations across the region, but unlike a franchise, there are no franchise fees or buy-ins required. Instead, you get the opportunity to build and run a location, with the full backing of our established brand and support infrastructure.
Your profit-sharing starts at 5% in Year 1, growing to 10% in Year 2, 15% in Year 3, and at 20% from Year 4 onward. The more the business grows, the more you earn.
Projected First-Year Revenue: $200,000

What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)
- Oversee daily operations and ensure top-quality service
- Lead and manage employees
- Perform lawn care, landscaping, and snow plowing (seasonal)
- Maintain and manage equipment
- Conduct in-person sales and customer quotes
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
- Communicate regularly with the owner and corporate office
- Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
