All events are held at off-site locations within the DC/Northern VA Area.

Position: Off-Site Banquet Staff (Servers and Bartenders )

Reports to: Off Site Event Captain

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with set-up and breakdown of equipment, including tables, chairs, linens, bar and table settings;

Assist with unloading and loading of company vehicles;

Understand menu to relay basic information to guests;

Maintain safety and food & beverage quality standards

Maintain and replenish plates/tables as instructed;

Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance; and

Comply with dress code requirements.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

Reliable transportation

Authorization to work in the United States

Ability to communicate in English

Ability to take and provide instructions

Be a team player by persevering, being reliable, respectful and resourceful, and calm under pressure.

Must have 1 year of bartending experience

Must have 1 year of Banquet/Catering experience

Must have a vast knowledge of spirits & classic cocktails.

This position requires standing, walking, and bending for many hours at a time. Staff should be able to lift 25 lbs.
