As an Account Manager at PRPL, you are the bridge between our clients and PRPL. In particular, you will serve as the primary Account Manager for our large, big tech client. You have a natural ability to foster trust and demonstrate our team’s value on a regular basis. You’re not just a representative—you’re the trusted partner who ensures every client interaction reflects PRPL’s commitment to responsiveness, second mile service and personalized interactions. In this role, you’ll be a point of contact for many of our clients/Hiring Managers within this larger organization as well as potential new clients, serving as an expert communicator and a natural problem-solver.

This position has two primary responsibilities. The larger share of focus will go towards our existing big tech client.

  2. Business Development: (30%) The other part of your role will be to pursue potential new client leads. While this portion of the role is not as prevalent, we are looking for a client service professional that is not afraid to call on new clients. This may occur through networking, cold calls and or leads that come from calls that the Recruiters make with candidates or referrals. In this capacity, you would be the “face” of PRPL for these potential clients and serve as their primary point of contact/Account Manager should they turn into a billable client. You will ultimately become a valuable business consultant advising clients on hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and talent management best practices.Your goal will be to build your book of business and develop relationships with these clients ensuring that we become their go-to partner for staffing needs.

This position will work closely with the VP of People and Talent Manager to oversee and manage the overall health of our client base. As an Account Manager at PRPL, you’re not just managing relationships—you’re building partnerships that inspire success.
