This role requires a content strategist with at least 3 years of experience and a strong background in content strategy and proficiency in using Optimizely CMS. The strategist will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing website content, ensuring alignment with their business goals and user needs. This position reports to the Global Head of Marketing and is hybrid, with three days per week onsite at the Boston office.Location : Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)Key Responsibilities : Content Management : Perform backend administrative tasks, including updating website content, managing metadata such as meta titles and descriptions, and ensuring information is current and accurate.Content Strategy Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that support the company’s objectives and enhance user experience.Optimizely CMS Proficiency : Utilize the Optimizely CMS platform to manage, create, and optimize content across the website. Provide recommendations for CMS improvements and best practices.Work in conjunction with an outside SEO firm to implement on-page SEO strategies with an eye on improving search engine rankings and website visibility.Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines. Identify and resolve content errors or inconsistencies.Collaboration : Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding, messaging, and technical requirements.Data Analysis : Use analytics tools to track content performance and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy and website content management.Proficiency in Optimizely CMS is preferredStrong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Seniority Level AssociateEmployment Type ContractJob Function Information Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
