Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced leader and manager to oversee the organization's sales and customer service teams, drive revenue growth, market expansion, and exceptional customer experiences. This individual will develop and execute strategic sales and service plans, mentor high-performing teams, and build lasting relationships with key clients to support long-term business success.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Manage the team (sales, customer service rep) includes:
- Assigning/balancing project workloads
- Coaching/developing project management skills
- Deconflicting resources
- Weekly or Bi-weekly one-on-one meetings
- Weekly Team Meetings
- Monthly documented Work Performance Reviews (WPRs) (replaces 1-on-1)
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and customer service team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement with EOS principles
- Assign/monitor work of other team members
Strategic Sales Leadership and Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue target
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals and monitor performance against established KPI’s
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts, resolve customer issues, and ensure high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to align sales and service strategies with broader business objectives
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Continuous Process Improvement
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track sales performance and improve processes
- Identify, document, and ensure consistent execution of all Sales and Customer Service Processes
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and new sales techniques
- Propose innovative approaches to enhance sales effectiveness and market positioning
Company Leadership
- Actively participate in the Leadership Team's planning and execution processes
- Define, commit to, and complete 2-3 personal quarterly “Rocks” that align with and support Company Goals and Quarterly “Rocks”
- Establish 2-3 Sales and Customer Service Quarterly Team “Rocks”
- Ensure all Team members have 1 or 2 well-defined (SMART) quarterly “Rocks”
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or at least 5 years of experience developing new business opportunities.
- Metal fabrication experience is desired
- Self-starter with an attention to detail required
- Must be willing to travel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with EOS (ENTREPRENEURIAL OPERATING SYSTEM) is a plus
