The Business Intelligence Analyst - (BIA) is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for providing accurate and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. The BIA's core responsibility is to facilitate the seamless flow of data from various sources, create meaningful reports and visualizations, and ensure a clear understanding of data lineage. Success in this role requires proactive communication with business stakeholders, a deep comprehension of our data ecosystem, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions. This role will be part of the Data Team inside the IT Department.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and build interactive dashboards. Ensure user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards that provide meaningful insights.
Analyze company data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from business stakeholders.
Establish a deep understanding of data lineage to ensure data quality and accuracy. Provide data validation.
Provide technical assistance and training to business teams in dashboard usage. Assist business users in interpreting data outputs and addressing challenges.
Proactively suggest process and tool improvements.
Develop and maintain company dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
Passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing the consumer experience through data-driven insights.
2-5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, showcasing the ability to develop impactful visualizations.
Candidates may be requested to complete position specific skills assessments.
Applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
Requires the ability to satisfactorily complete a background check.
Working Settings :
Full-time Salaried Exempt, not eligible for overtime.
Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, Central Time zone, additional hours may be required depending on priorities.
This position is remote work eligible within the United States.
Expected to travel up to 5% of the time.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation :
The annual salary varies based on experience and qualifications, but typically ranges from $83,000 to $93,000 per year. Salary paid bi-weekly.
Monthly Bonus Program - determined by the Company's monthly revenue result and are paid on a "percent to plan" payout formula. (90% = $300, 100% = $600, 110% = $900, 120% = $1,200).
Monthly phone stipend in accordance with the Company's cell phone policy, currently $120 / month.
Health, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.
Company-paid Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 with options to add more through employee contribution starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
Personal Time Off (PTO) annual amount of 120 hours which is prorated based on the number of days between the 60th day of employment and the end of the calendar year. May vary to comply with state requirements.
Eligible to participate in the Company Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) after 90 days of employment, with enrollment opportunities each May and November.
