The Field Operations Scheduling Coordinator will serve as a vital link between our Sales and Field Operations Teams. This position will receive and evaluate project requests, assign Field Operation Specialists, and ensure task distributions that align with our operational goals. This role is key to monitoring project progress, facilitating cross-departmental communication, and keeping leadership informed. The successful candidate will contribute to seamless operations and exceptional service and will participate in active process improvement to help drive efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and assess project requests from the sales team.
- Efficiently assign Field Operation Specialists for asset lotting and listing.
- Manage task distribution to maximize operational efficiency.
- Provide professional and timely support to specialists, sales, and customers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication between sales and operations teams.
- Keep Operations Managers, Regional Operations Directors, and the sales team informed of key developments.
- Maintain daily cross-departmental communication.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.

Qualifications:
- High School Degree or GED, with some college education preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
- Ability to utilize various technologies, tools, and systems to gather and share information electronically
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Settings:
- Full-time Salaried Exempt, not eligible for overtime.
- Office hours are 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Central Time zone, additional hours may be required depending on priorities
- Flexibility in schedule and ability to work outside of standard business hours.
- Based in the Purple Wave headquarters in Manhattan, KS.
- Potential for 10-20% travel, should the need arise.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
Compensation:
- The salary varies based on experience and qualifications but typically ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
- Monthly Bonus Program - determined by the Company’s monthly revenue result and are paid on a “percent to plan” payout formula. (90% = $300, 100% = $600, 110% = $900, 120% = $1,200).
- This position includes company-provided cell phone and computer equipment.
- Health, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
- 401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.
- Company-paid Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 with options to add more through employee contribution starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
- Personal Time Off (PTO) is an annual amount of 120 hours that is prorated based on the number of days between the 60th day of employment and the end of the calendar year. It may vary to comply with state requirements.
- Eligible to participate in the Company Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) through Copart after 90 days of employment, with enrollment opportunities each May and November.
