Key Responsibilties
Main Duties:
- Lead, strategize, and execute global digital campaigns across diverse sectors, including lifestyle, beauty, luxury, hospitality, and consumer brands.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key digital platforms, content creators, and brand partners (where required) to drive visibility and engagement.
- Serve as the day-to-day client liaison, managing high-level relationships while providing strategic digital counsel.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth, enhancing their digital strategy, content creation, and analytics capabilities.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of social media strategies, paid media initiatives, and content calendars, ensuring alignment with broader brand goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, performance marketing, and influencer teams to deliver seamless, integrated digital campaigns.
- Provide strategic direction and insight for social-first content, influencer activations, paid media strategies, and community engagement to maximize client exposure.
- Build and leverage a vast network of platform relationships (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), influencers, and digital thought leaders to create opportunities across multiple channels.
- Ensure high-quality content creation, including campaign decks, content briefs, paid media reports, and influencer outreach proposals.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of emerging digital trends, platform innovations, and algorithm changes, leveraging insights to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Lead post-campaign reporting and performance analysis, ensuring accurate assessment of KPIs and providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Mentor account teams, ensuring efficient digital campaign execution, performance tracking, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in new business initiatives, contributing to digital strategy proposals or pitches and showcasing the agency's expertise to potential clients.
Minimum of 6 years of digital experience, with a proven track record in managing high-profile digital accounts across various industries.- Expertise in social media strategy, paid media, and content-led digital campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital narratives, content strategies, and influencer briefs.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, including the ability to motivate, develop, and support junior staff.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads), digital ecosystems, and influencer marketing, with proven success in leveraging these channels to drive campaign results.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative, strategic mindset, with the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies.
