PURPLE is actively seeking bright and enthusiastic interns to join the Business Development team in our New York office!
The right candidates must have a genuine passion for the Public Relations and Marketing business in support of Luxury Lifestyle, Fashion and/or Beauty brands. We want people who are genuinely tapped into culture and have a basic industry knowledge of the most interesting brands within our departments. They must also be organized, driven and creative and willing to learn. We want our Business Development interns to learn top-level strategic communications by working with senior teams and gain immeasurable experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development interns will support with the following:
- Support on new business opportunities working closely with the Senior Director and Manager and the designated individuals across divisions and departments
- Research and fact-finding for key new business leads
- Take part in idea generation brainstorms while capturing relevant thinking for the proposal, coming up with creative activations and singular alignments for brands looking to engage our services.
- Working with team to collaborate on proposal documents and developing decks (creating a template, sourcing images, and formatting text).
- Organizing and reformatting case studies, compiling information using reports from the account teams.
- Support on other ad-hoc projects as needed by the business.

Intern Payment and Working Hours:
· This is an unpaid internship. We will provide experience that meets the criteria for academic credit and will complete any paperwork provided by the student to obtain course credit from an accredited academic institution. You must be able to work in office a minimum of 15 hours per week.
