Responsibilities
Strategic Data Analysis & Insights
- Lead comprehensive analysis of healthcare datasets from diverse sources (claims, public records, third-party vendors).
- Generate transformative insights that directly impact healthcare decision-making.
- Develop and implement data strategies that accelerate operational efficiency and business performance.
- Architect transparent, scalable data management processes ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Oversee end-to-end data workflows: ingestion, processing, transformation, and delivery.
- Implement robust data governance frameworks aligned with HIPAA and industry standards.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize data pipelines and enhance operational excellence.
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies including AI, machine learning, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline data processing and analysis.
- Stay at the forefront of healthcare data management innovations.
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare, Data Science, Computer Science.
- 5 years healthcare data analytics experience, focusing on real-world data.
- Expertise in: Payer and provider data analysis, Healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CDISC), Regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FDA guidelines).
- Advanced proficiency in data tools: SQL, Python, R.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Google Cloud preferred).
- Certifications in data management or healthcare analytics.
- Experience in healthcare technology startup environments.
