ROLE
Every manager is a sales leader. They must set the standard for their team in transaction metrics, and train their team to do the same. Our managers have a love for clothes, a knowledge of fit and fashion, and can make a friend anywhere they go. They develop teams that uphold our customer service standards through every interaction and drive the financial success of our stores. They are responsible for all aspects of store operations including visual merchandising, hiring/recruiting, scheduling, and payroll. They celebrate outstanding work and develop the next Purpose leaders from within. The Purpose culture makes all of this possible. It’s fun, values-driven, challenging, and a great place to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the Purpose values in every area of the job: business operations, team leadership, stylist development, and customer experience
- Passionate about fashion and styling. Leads by example to hold the team to standards of excellence
- Demonstrate sales leadership by consistently meeting standard Key Performance Indicators (Sales per Hour over $200 for 4 consecutive weeks; Average Transaction of $200 for 4 consecutive weeks)
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals meet stylist standard Key Performance Indicators
- Leads in personally developing customer relationships
- Enhance the store experience through hospitality, business operations, product management, cleanliness, and overall positivity
- Find and develop top sellers and cultural leaders to enhance store performance
