Summary
The Sales Activation Specialist will serve as a liaison for sales initiatives set forth by the Sales and Marketing teams. Reporting to the Sales Activation Manager, this role will be responsible for achieving optimized communication between corporate (The Grove) and the franchise network. This role will review and implement sales updates, support executional materials, enable studio contests, analyze current membership trends, and recognize membership opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
This position, on occasion, will travel to Corporate Owned Studio (1-2x per month) as needed and will be mainly based out of our Corporate Office (The Grove) in Boca Raton, FL.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

This role will review and implement sales updates, support executional materials, enable studio contests, analyze current membership trends, and recognize membership opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Support company objectives as a sales subject matter expert, partnering with cross functional departments such as learning and development, marketing, operations, and franchise support to provide sales expertise and input.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to assist in operationalizing sales and marketing initiatives by contributing to execution guides, sales scripting, studio sales processing, and sales focused marketing assets.
- Support Sales Activation Manager in network communications for department updates, which include but not limited to, webinars, bulletins, newsletters and additional comm streams.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert in Orange Book, Mind Body Online, and Studio Portal.
- Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values, and business code of ethics.
- Partner with Learning and Development to implement sales education material on Orange University and other Orangetheory platforms.
- Support, lead and mentor, network wide studio staff in achieving sales objectives.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales position within the fitness or wellness industry
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of sales and financial reports
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written format
- Ability to prepare and present ideas/recommendations to colleagues
- Knowledge of OTF Brand
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working for Orangetheory Fitness
- Attention to detail
