Senior Director, Technology Program Management

Job Summary

The Senior Director of Technology Program Management for Infrastructure, Corporate Apps, and Security (ICS) plays a critical leadership role at Purpose Brands, guiding the delivery of enterprise applications, security, infrastructure, and tech operations projects. This position is pivotal in supporting integration efforts, ensuring alignment with the Integration Management Office (IMO), and managing key initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities. The role involves setting an operational rhythm for the ICS pillar, overseeing strategic planning and project execution, and leading a team of technical project managers. Strong financial management, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

• Serve as the primary technology contact for the Integration Management Office (IMO), facilitating seamless integration and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise application, security, infrastructure, and operational projects, delivering key business outcomes.
• Partner with the Head of ICS to establish and maintain an operational rhythm within the pillar, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Manage the technology P&L, collaborating with Finance to track budget performance and achieve synergy targets.
• Drive adoption of Coupa for contract management, enhancing approval workflows and ensuring visibility across teams.
• Oversee the development of a comprehensive vendor and spend analysis to inform initial P&L planning.
• Collaborate on ICS roadmap development, aligning initiatives with broader organizational goals and delivering on tactical wins.
• Provide leadership and support to a team of technical project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  
  

Strengths & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in program management with a focus on enterprise applications, infrastructure, or security.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing technology budgets and P&L.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technology integration projects, particularly in a post-merger environment.
• Proficiency in core project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to establish operational processes and drive consistent execution within a program or pillar.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and driving results.

Supervisory Requirements

This position has supervisory responsibility for technical project managers within the ICS pillar.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
