Job Title: Full-Time Operations Administrator
Full-Time (30-40 hours/week) Monday through Thursday
This is an employee position with limited benefits.
Supervisor: Purpose Driven Advocacy Center, Inc. (PDAC) Officers
Position Summary: The Operations Administrator is to accomplish duties as assigned, including:
duties needed for PDAC Events, Grant pursuits, creating flyers/brochures, and Office Operations. Administrate all programs and services provided by PDAC. Provide clerical/office assistance for communications, inventory purchases, marketing, and documentation for Purpose Driven Advocacy Center, Inc., its partnerships, programs, and events. Also fulfill partnership assistance with duties to support the daily operations of organizations in the building. Prepare forms, policy documents, curriculum, logistics, and facilitation of conferences, workshops, website updates and upgrades, flyers, newsletters, brochures, and community events. Assisting officers, administrators, teachers, and staff/volunteers in operating excellently and safely for all clients and students. Accurate typing, organizing, facilitating, and executing clerical tasks, maintaining a Christian environment, and duties as assigned.
Anticipated hours:. Full-Time 8:00 pm-4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. PDAC Community events may include evening and some Saturday hours as scheduled community events on our PDAC Annual Calendar.
Compensation: $21-$23/hour for 32 hours/week plus events. Benefits include Earned Personal Leave (Vacation/Sick days after 1 year), Annual cost of living increase, Paid Holidays, Matching funds benefits (403b), year-end bonus as available, family environment, and team concept.
Position General Duties: The Operations Administrator (OA) is to accomplish duties as assigned, including supervising the program/operation assistants and volunteers, office management, answering phones, and fluid office operations. Accurate typing, creating reports for board meetings, copies, inventories, applicable grant writing, supply purchases, greeting visitors, creating bulletin boards, and designing the display cases as assigned. OA is also responsible for supporting the preparation and execution of daytime events on campus, such as funerals, weddings, conference room meetings, and education support programs. Execute duties needed for preparation, logistics, and facilitating all PDAC Events and Summer Programs. Overseeing the receiving and processing of donations for the Resource Room. Update and organize filing system, document data of service to the community, create signs (working with media team), instructions, marketing items, and other communications as dictated for the event or program. Assist all programs and services provided by PDAC. Provide clerical/office assistance for communications, marketing, grants, and documentation for Purpose Driven Advocacy Center, Inc. programs and events. Also, fulfill partnership assistance with duties to support the daily operations. Prepare the curriculum and centers for the students, assist other staff, and conduct bi-weekly staff meetings. Help prepare spaces for classes and events. Mastering logistics for events, facilitating daytime events and meetings, and supporting officers when events/programs are happening in the building. Work independently and in groups by mastering regular duties of the day, week, month, quarter, and annual.
