The Role
To facilitate the loading and packaging of all products which are run on the production lines such as general assembly, inserting filled bottles into shipping cartons and loading finished cartons onto pallets. Operations include opening boxes of bottles and placing them into the hopper at the beginning of the production line and manually inserting spray triggers into filled bottles.

The Role

What You Will Do
- Follow all safety guidelines according to company policies and OSHA standards, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Pack filled bottles into shipping cartons and build pallets for shipping.
- Open boxes of bottles and place them into the hopper at the beginning of the production line.
- Insert spray triggers manually into filled bottles on the line.
- Monitor the quality of bottles placed on the line, removing or fixing defective items as needed.
- Ensure all quality procedures and SOPs are followed.
- Maintain efficient and safe production runs.
- Document and report production logs as required.
- Perform routine cleaning of machines, conveyor belts, and work area.
- Assist with basic maintenance or adjustments on equipment as needed.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Basic industrial math skills for measurements and quality checks.
- Previous experience in a production or packaging role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform all tasks while continuously standing.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Basic English proficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Lift up to 50 pounds; frequent standing and walking
- Perform repetitive tasks with dexterity and coordination.
