Qualifications and Requirements:
- Responsible for complete referral process, including identifying home health needs, verification of benefits, and coordination of care
- Cultivate new and existing relationships resulting in company growth
- Initiate and expand referral network
- Comply with all aspects of the company's compliance and HIPPA regulations
- One year of home health, marketing, or case management experience or a combination of each
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Compensation: 80000
