This role will work side by side with the Clinical Branch Manager to ensure growth and compliance objectives are met. All associated BOCs and Marketing Associates will directly report to this position.

Position Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Interprets and uses operational indicators (eOPI) to detect and drive operational successes (census, SOCs, hires, etc.) within the branch
- Directly oversees and manages the branch's Marketing Associates with consulting support from the Marketing Director
- Tracks Marketing Associates against Referral and SOCs weekly/monthly goals and ensures they are meeting goals ongoing
- Pulls data on referrals and SOCs and reports to Marketing Director weekly
- Assists Marketing Director with confirmation of Marketing Associate bonuses
- Pulls in Marketing Director as needed to provide additional job specific training and coaching, as OperationsBranch Manager sees appropriate, to improve overall performance
- Helps drive urgency and referral conversion through the sales pipeline by auditing and providing feedback via Salesforce for both Marketing Associates and Intake Manager
- Reviews and audits Meet and Greet Referral Forms in AlayaCare to ensure the form is detailed and complete and provide feedback to Marketing Associates for improvement
- At times, This role could require shadowing Marketing Associates in the field, to ensure strong referral flow and ongoing Marketing Associate success
- Oversees and manages the branch's BOC role(s)
- Helping ensure best practices/policies are being followed and adhered to by BOC group when
- Tracks BOCs against hiring weekly/monthly goals and needs list to ensure they are meeting
- Assists with completing audits of personnel files as it relates to skills compliance
- Oversees the Visit Verification portion of the BOC role and helps maintain compliance EVV
- (Indy Main Only- EVV employees report directly to Operations Branch Manager)
- Runs daily Morning Meetings and assigns out and tracks follow-up for each department and ensures it is completed promptly
- Attends and provides feedback and push in branch meetings to help drive operational growth weekly
- Responsible for orientation of new organization personnel directly or by delegation to another staff member(s)
- Hires, evaluates and terminates branch personnel within BOC and Marketing Roles in assistance with (if needed) Operations Manager and Marketing Director
- Acts as backup to schedule starts of care (SOCs) in the absence of the Clinical Branch Manager
- Share office coverage duties between Clinical Branch Manager, BOCs, and self (usually 1-2 days a week)
- Completes caregiver progressive discipline as it relates to attendance and EVV compliance
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Familiar with Indiana Pathways Program, Prior Authorization Home Health, and Medicaid Waivers highly preferred
- This professional will uphold the policies and procedures established by PurposeCare. They must also demonstrate excellent oral, written, and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet assigned deadlines
