We opened in October 2021 in the historic Itasca building in the North Loop and we’re proud of the high-quality experience we provide all of our clients thanks to our customized approach to workouts and our top-of-the-line equipment. As demand continues to grow, we’re seeking talented instructors to join our dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking energetic, comprehensively certified instructors with strong client communication skills who are committed to our mission of helping clients move with ease. We have immediate openings for instructors who are available to teach in the evenings and/or on the weekends. While we have a list of ideal qualifications listed below, we’re open to candidates with experience and talent that align with our culture.
Instructor Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging pilates programs tailored to various fitness levels and physical abilities.
- Conduct private lessons and group reformer classes (maximum six people) using all pilates equipment, including the reformer, chair, tower and mat.
- Educate clients on body mechanics and anatomy to enhance their understanding of pilates and to help them achieve their fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment.
- Monitor and assess individual and group progress, providing feedback and adjustments as needed.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere within the studio, encouraging member participation and retention.
- Provide outstanding client-focused communication and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, adhering to health and safety standards.
Instructor Education/Certification Requirements:
- 150-400 hours comprehensive pilates certificate (minimum education to include: mat, reformer, tower, chair).
- Experience in pilates program design.
- A minimum of one year of group and private pilates instruction experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with all ages and special populations is preferred.
- Remains current on credentials and continuing education.
- High school diploma or GED.
