We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our technology team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging technology and business by ensuring smooth communication, clear requirements, and the successful execution of both internal and customer-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define project goals and deliverables.
- Drive and manage business requirements, testing, change management, and end-user acceptance for projects and enhancements.
- Identify risks and potential roadblocks in projects, proposing mitigation strategies to achieve objectives.
- Serve as a key liaison between technology teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone has a shared understanding of proposed solutions.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with Software Development, Client Service, and Operations teams.
- Create and update documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to system and technology work streams for change initiatives.
- Actively participate in agile processes and propose innovative ideas to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills, coupled with an upbeat, proactive personality (this cannot be overstated!).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to discern critical paths from non-essential elements.
- Familiarity with SCRUM Agile methodology.
- Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
- 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields, showcasing problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively, from requirements gathering to completion, meeting deadlines consistently.
