Job Summary:
Oversee and direct the daily activities of production staff, while managing resources involved in the manufacturing of packaging products.

- Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as needed by leadership.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production machinery and operational systems.
Preferred:
- Associate degree.
- Experience with blow molding or injection molding processes.
- Familiarity with unionized work environments.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
