Overview :
As a Telehealth Therapist specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and mental health, you will play a pivotal role within our care team. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary professionals, you will deliver a full spectrum of supportive services to patients, emphasizing harm reduction, sustained recovery, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct telehealth counseling sessions for SUD and / or mental health disorders using PursueCare's platform and EHR system.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, facilitating ongoing care through case conferencing and consultations.
