We are currently seeking an Aerospace TIG Welder (1st Shift) at our Eastford, CT Facility.

- Set up and operate the equipment which the operator has received formal approval to operate
- Weld product per customer requirements
- Responsible for receiving first piece acceptance from quality department
- Must be proficient in TIG welding

- Able to stay on task during required hours
- Must be self-motivated and dependable
- Must have good blueprint interpretation skills
- Welding experience required
- Aerospace welding experience preferred
