We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who would like to work the Machining trade. We’re looking for an experienced Machinists III, who has completed a CNC Machining Program. You will have the opportunity to work with inspiring team of experienced Machinists and Engineers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set Up and operates CNC lathes and/or Milling machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.
- Work with our Engineers and Programmers to make all edits and adjustments as required to produce parts to work orders/blueprint specifications/sketches.
- The ability to operate more than one machine in a cellular environment is required.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of feeds and speeds and a working knowledge of cutting tools and their application.
- Inspects work for all dimensional features as required.
- Produces quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements.
- Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc according to Company policy.
- Performs duties always exercising good machining practices.
- Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, safe, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets.
- Maintains coolant tanks and fills as necessary.
- Trains, guides, and assists other employees as required.
- Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.

- Understanding of G and M Codes
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Troubleshooting skills
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Machining background and/or experience in a machine shop.
- Able to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
- Willingness to excel in the machining trade.
- Must be willing to attend off-site training and be willing to learn.
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
