Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing routine maintenance on CNC Machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and other aerospace manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, filter changes, and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
- Follow safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company maintenance procedures.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulics systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Basic computer skills for logging maintenance tasks and reading manuals.
- Prior experience in machine maintenance, manufacturing, or related field is a plus but not required.
