Production Planner
We are currently Seeking a Production Planner at our Plainville, CT Facility.

In this Planner role your responsibilities & activities will include:
- Control the flow of work throughout manufacturing, release and monitor work orders throughout the manufacturing cycle both internal and externally.
- Review customer schedules to prioritize and release work order.
- Act as a liaison between work centers and the customer to ensure on-time delivery of product.
- Expedite parts throughout the manufacturing process acting as liaison between all arears of the business to keep parts moving toward completion.
- Act as main point of contact for customers.
- Manage capacity in responsible areas to ensure adequate staffing is maintained
- Responsible for control of inventory including finished goods and WIP
- Ensure work centers have updated schedules and monitor compliance

- College Degree required
- Strong communication and coordinating skills are required
- Must be detailed and results oriented in a proactive manner
- Must have experience with computer data analysis tools such as excel, minitab, tableau. Visual ERP experience would be a plus
- Self-motivated with tremendous sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability
