What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waterjet Operator-AWW shift position at Pursuit Aerospace?
We are currently seeking a Waterjet Operator (AWW shift) at our Eastford, CT Facility.

Position entails general Waterjet Operator including:
- Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment.
- Responsible for getting first piece acceptance form quality department.
- Responsible for performing daily preventive maintenance.
- Set up fixture per set up sheets.
- Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to SQA sheets, counts, scrap, time, etc., according to Company policy.
- Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets.
- Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.
Here’s what we need from you:
- High School or equivalent
- Must be able to read and work from work order instructions
- Must have general computer skills
- Basic blueprint interpretation skills
- CNC Experience – Preferred
