About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Lead Generation Media Marketing Specialist to spearhead lead acquisition across various digital marketing channels. This pivotal role will place you at the forefront of our online marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with lead generation goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation processes, contributing directly to company growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing programs designed to drive demand for solutions.
  • Establish operating rhythms and KPIs for business development initiatives across events, content, and operations.
  • Manage lead acquisition through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing, continually optimizing platform strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring effective follow-up and engagement.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification criteria and enhance collaboration.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Develop high-quality marketing assets, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, to support lead generation.
  • Plan and execute strategies to grow the organization’s social media footprint.
  • Oversee relationships with third-party media partners to ensure timely deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, with an emphasis on lead generation, paid media campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign measurement.
  • Experience managing website updates, integrations, and deployments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, and Webflow is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation.
