Role : Quality Engineering Center of Excellence Lead

Location : Boca Raton, FL

We are looking for a QE Lead for our direct client in Florida. Please find the job description below.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Quality Engineering (QE) Team in development and implementation of Software Engineering Testing best practices across multiple business units.
  • Lead QE Team using Agile in design, development and deployment of QE productivity and reporting tools and processes.

Required Experience and Skills :

  • 6-8 years experience leading complex software related projects.
  • Local / able to work FT on-site.
  • Expertise with Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience managing hybrid on-shore, near-shore, off-shore teams.
  • Expertise with both SDET, in-scrum testing as well as dedicated testing team approaches.
  • Strong background in software testing processes and Quality Engineering best practices such : Test Driven Development, Behavioral Driven Development, Test Data Management, etc
