What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the post-sale customer journey, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing success with our client’s AI-powered automation platform.
- Advise and educate customers on best practices and strategic implementations tailored to their workflows.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted partner and go-to advisor.
- Identify opportunities to expand usage and improve ROI, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive value.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform product enhancements and improve user experience.
- Be the voice of the customer, advocating internally to ensure client needs and insights shape the roadmap.

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment).
- Strong understanding of the SaaS lifecycle and a passion for delivering measurable customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you're comfortable presenting, persuading, and problem-solving.
- Bonus if you're familiar with AI tools, automation workflows, or productivity platforms (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
- You love taking initiative, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are always thinking one step ahead.
