What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate - Overnight (Glacier NP) position at Pursuit?
Your daily pursuit is welcoming our guests and helping them have the most comfortable Glacier adventure possible!
16.50 / hour
This role is posted for our spring / summer 2025 season!
- Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, provide instruction to bell staff when necessary
- Communicate with night security, report any guest issues
- Communicate with night maintenance to report any issues
- Print next day reports for arrivals, departures, vacant rooms, etc
- Ensure guest wake up calls are logged into phone system
- Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
- Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
- Previous Front Desk / Night Audit experience preferred but not required – we are happy to train!
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
- Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Be organized with a great eye for detail
- Be kind to others and always bring your best
- Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
