Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Inbound Sales Representative | Manufacturing Industry | On-Site in Glasgow, KY, Irving, TX, or Waukesha, WI.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales, engineers, and customers to provide technical expertise for quotes and proposals.
- Communicate product knowledge and material handling solutions to meet customer needs.
- Assist in reviewing product designs for compliance with customer requirements.
- Process opportunities/quotes and support sales team with CAD drawings as needed.
- Visit customer facilities to document needs and identify solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1 year of inside sales experience (technical or manufacturing sales a plus).
- AutoCAD or Design experience preferred.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
