Our partner is a third-generation, family-owned company that sells, rents, and services heavy machinery and equipment primarily in the construction industry. As an authorized dealer of brands such as John Deere, they continue to pave the path and they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their strong, growing team in Long Beach, CA!
I'm seeking a strong sales leader that can lead the sales function for the entire branch, while coaching and developing the sales reps in the area. This person will be responsible for sales performance metrics within the branch, along with hiring, retaining, and effectively engaging department personnel.

This is an in-office role when you are not out in the field with sales reps; Candidates must be located in Long Beach, CA or surrounding areas!
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Must have sales management experience
- Driven and motivated to get successful results
