What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with our operations team to track truck sales and recon completion timelines.
- Keeping everything running smoothly between sales, accounting, and customers—handling funding, title transfers, and deliveries.
- Managing customer communication after the sale—confirmations, tracking, invoicing, warranties, and feedback.
- Supporting sales forecasting and budgeting with leadership.
- Identifying ways to improve processes so we can work smarter, not harder.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and communicates well.
- A problem-solver who loves getting things done and making processes better.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Detail-oriented but can also see the bigger picture.
